NA discusses 2017 state budget: Government isn’t present (video)
The NA today started discussing 2017 state budget. The NA Speaker Galust Sahakyan is surprised, “It is a strange story. We have discussed the state budget so far, but it is the first time that the Government hasn’t been present.” Minister of Finance Vardan Aramyan approached the rostrum to present the budget and said, “My colleagues are on the way. Maybe there are some technical problems that they are late, but I ask you not to consider it to be disrespect.” By the way, there have been few lawmakers in the NA.
