Chief Traumatologist visits Sasna Dzrer group member in prison
Several citizens accompanied by representatives of local media visited the Ministry of Health on Monday, November 7, to express their concerns about the health of Hovhannes Harutyunyan, a member of the Sasna Dzrer group who was injured in a shooting outside a police station which was seized by the group in July. Hovsep Khurshudyan, David Samasaryan and Tamara Harutyunyan, members of an initiative formed in support of Hovhannes Harutyunyan, said the Sasna Dzrer member needs medical assistance at the Hospital for Convicts penitentiary institution. Vachagan Ayvazyan, Chief Traumatologist of the Healthcare Ministry, visited and examined Hovhannes Harutyunyan shortly after the meeting. Medical counseling with the leading specialists of the republic will be held in the near future. A doctor offered by the initiative will participate in the meeting which will focus on Harutyunyan’s future treatment
