PM’s instructions: financial flows to state structures (video)
As usual, today PM Karen Karapetyan started the Government session with the instructions. The first part of them referred to the road traffic section. The Prime Minister instructed the police to present in a week legal solutions in association with the Ministries of Justice and Finance and together with ‘Security Dream’ company, so that the functions of that company, full management and operation of financial flows, be handed over to the state structures. The PM also instructed the Ministers of Justice and Finance to support Mayor of Yerevan to start negotiations with the “Parking City Service” company and within a weak present legal solutions, so that the company’s functions and full management and operation of the financial flows be handed over to the community structures. Karen Karapetyan also instructed Chief of Armenia’s police Vladimir Gasparyan to present a concept of the traffic police reforms, “Present a proposal on the investment of new mechanisms connected with control over traffic rules and paid parking areas.”
