Companies representing energy, mechanical engineering, automobile manufacturing, construction, transportation, agricultural, educational and scientific sectors will participate in the EXPO. Russian Ambassador to Armenia Ivan Volynkin says the turnover between Armenia and Russia has increased. “ Fluctuations in exchange rates do not allow Russia to reach the level that we had in the past but there is positive dynamics. But, the turnover in the form of goods between is growing between the two countries. Moreover, a number of Russian brands are interested in the Armenian market. I can say that such exhibitions are contributing to the economic development of the two states,” Mr. Volynkin said adding that regional exhibitions of this kind are promising. It is not accidental that Iran has been included in the exhibition this year. “The situation in this country has changed after a 20-year blockade, and cooperation [with Iran] can be interesting and promising,” he added.
