PM’s instructions in connection with transport and JACE issues
Before passing to the agenda of Government’s session, Prime Minister today has given a few instructions to the ministries. He instructed the Ministry of Transport, Communication and IT Development to examine the issue of transport in communities by cooperating with the governors, “The issue of operation of transport remains actual in communities. Examine the issue, present the list of the communities, where the transport doesn’t operate, note the reason and how it can be solved,” said the PM, urging the representatives of the ministry not to limit the transportation service to the communities close to Yerevan. According to another instruction, Karen Karapetyan requested that the bodies providing license examine the possibilities of providing license via electronic option. PM instructed the Ministry of Justice to examine the JACE activities, “For a long period people have been displeased with the JACE activities, which relate to the compulsory enforcement of administrative penalties by Road Police. For example, a person isn’t informed about his administrative violation, but his property is sequestered. I instruct you to initiate a mechanism, so that a person be informed about the violation before sequestering his property. It can be in the form of sms or via mail,” said PM.
