Person, who provided truck to “Sasna Tsrer”, transferred to Nubarashen
Khachatur Gichyan, who provided a truck to “Sasna Tsrer” armed group, has been transferred from the Hospital for Convicts to Nubarashen prison. “He is 69 years old, he has problems with heart,” his advocate Tigran Sargsyan told “A1+”. He also notes that though his defendant is in custody, no investigative activity with his participation is underway. To remind, Khachatur Gichyan is charged with seizure of buildings and communication means and illegal storage and transportation of arms. “Investigative actions are underway but it isn’t connected with my defendant and he must immediately be released,” added the lawyer. Court of Appeal hasn’t changed the decision made by the Court of First Instance on his detention. The defense side is going to go to higher court after receiving the decision.
