Website editor refutes Tigran Urikhanyan's words
Editor of Shame.am website, Artyom Khachatryan, dismisses allegations that he published articles about lawmaker Tigran Urikhanyan after the latter made revelations about him. In particular, the lawmaker claimed that Artyom Khachatryan had taken a loan of AMD 21 million but did not use the money for the right purpose. Khachatryan, in turn, argues that even though he violated certain obligations, he will soon solve all problems with the bank. Besides, he claims that he was beaten by Urikhanyan and his supporters on October 5. Khachatryan does not believe that the assailants will be identified and punished. “Now I am waiting to see what measures [Vladimir] Gasparyan’s agency will take. They say they are working very well, but I do not see the results of their work,” says the editor.
