Non political education at Republican political school (video)
Today, Armen Ashotyan, the Deputy Chairman of the Republican Party of Armenia (HHK), announced that the admission at the Political School after Andranik Margaryan is open. As to him the school has a tendency to turn into an analytical centre: “The courses will be free, at the expense of the Republican Party. The teachers at the school will not be paid. The classes will be held three times a week for two and a half hours. The deadline for submission of electronic applications is October 20. The first phase of the courses will start in November and will end next year in February.” According to Armen Ashotyan, not only Republicans but also political experts, even skilled representatives of the other parties will teach at the school. He didn’t want to mention names telling that we shouldn’t politicize education and make the names a subject of heated discussion. Mr. Ashotyan also noted that the doors of the school are open for the persons, who are 20-40 years old with higher education. Armen Ashotyan refrained from answering other questions, particularly to the question about Surik Khachatryan, the former Governor of Syunik region of Armenia, telling that it is not a regular meeting but thematic one.
