Today at the beginning of the Government session Prime Minister Karen Karapetyan made a statement, congratulating the newly appointed Ministers. He noted that he cannot say anything about the newly appointed Minister of Finance Vardan Aramyan, as he is well aware of the financial world, “The other three ministers are the governors of their spheres, they are well aware of the sphere. I expect changes in the sphere and determined steps.” PM gave the first instruction to the Minister of Agriculture Ignati Arakelyan, “We have a rusty government system. I instruct you to organize the process of grape purveyance, which is actual in Aghavnadzor village in connection with “Vedi Alco” company. We need everyday control, as every year we face the same problem.” The Minister-Chief of the Government Staff Davit Harutyunyan presented to the Government a project on the expected changes in the sphere of purchase of tickets by the state agencies, which decreases the corruption risks in the tickets’ sphere. Touching upon the salary of civil servants and corruption, Karen Karapetyan said, “A system must be created in order to motivate civil servants. My proposal is as follows: our colleagues should make proposals how they assess the motivation in their sphere within the frames of the capabilities we have.”
