Alliance party signs contracts with Gyumri residents
The Alliance party has issued a statement informing about its ‘unprecedented’ initiative. “Residents of Gyumri city will be given officially signed contracts that have legal effect. The documents clearly define the obligations of the party’s candidates for the local Council of Elders for the full term of office. If the candidate fails to comply with the provisions of the contract, he can be prosecuted by any citizen,” the party’s press service reports.
