Investigator refuses to provide decision limiting visits with Andrias Ghukasyan (video)
Karen Mejlumyan, the lawyer of “Stand up, Armenia” initiative member Andrias Ghukasyan, has received the investigator's refusal to provide the decision limiting phone calls and visits with his client. The lawyer says this is a violation because his client is deprived of an opportunity to appeal the decision in court. Yesterday, a Yerevan court refused to release Ghukasyan on bail.
