Armenia’s Deputy Minister of Finance Pavel Safaryan does know that Hovik Abrahamyan is no longer the country’s Prime Minister. “I have not seen the corresponding legal decree,” he says. Anyway, until January 1, the newly appointed Prime Minister [Karen Karapetyan] will work with the budget adopted during the tenure of office of the former PM. “There is no logic or legal basis for him to work with a different budget,” Mr. Safaryan said.
