Pan-Armenian rallies to be held on Sept. 17 in support of Sasna Dzrer group

Upon the initiative of the Armenian Renaissance diaspora civil movement, a series of protests and solidarity demos will be held in different cities of the world on September 17, 2016, in support of the Sasna Dzrer group members. The participants demand

1. to immediately release all political prisoners and those who have been detained illegally and stop the chase against their families and associates.
2. Artsakh, with the liberated territories, is an integral part of the Armenia. we demand to stop the anti-national activities over the status of Artsakh both on the international and national levels and take immediate steps to de jure join Artsakh and the liberated territories with Armenia.
3. we demand resignation of Serzh Sargsyan and his administration. We also urge all figures and freedom fighters who are still at large to create a transitional government and follow up the organization of subsequent legitimate elections in order to establish the rule of law in the republic of Armenia
4. to stop the foreign policy that is destroying the independence of the Republic of Armenia, trying to turn our country into a colony of a foreign power.

We promise to use our entire potential to contribute to the realization of these urgent goals. We plan to hold rallies and demonstrations in deferent countries of the world on September 17 to express our support for and solidarity with the Sasna Dzrer group. The events will be held in the following cities; Los Angeles, USA New York, USA Boston, USA Boise, a city in Idaho, USA Paris, France Lyon, France Cologne, Germany Barcelona, Spain Florence, Italy Moscow, Russia The Armenian Renaissance also urges all citizens to join and express their support for the movement started by the Sasna Dzrer group.
