Uzbek President's body transferred to Samarkand (video)
Fergananews.com reports that the body of Uzbekistan President Islam Karimov has been transferred to his hometown of Samarkand where he will be buried in a cemetery where the bodies Karimov's family members lie. The site has also posted a video on its YouTube. Fergananews.com also reports that three the presidents of Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan have already arrived in Uzbekistan. Also, the Samarkand airport has been closed for all fights for three days. Only the planes of special guests have the right to land at the airport. However, the country’s government has made no official announcement about the death of the president. Turkish Prime Minister Binali Yıldırım has already expressed condolences to the people of Uzbekistan today's in connection with President Karimov's death. The video is available here
