"Who gave you the right to cede territories? Did you son die in Karabakh?" say angered citizens (video)

Citizens say they are ready to take to the streets if the government starts handing over territories. “We will join everyone else to fight for those lands because the death of our young soldiers lies on our conscience,” said a woman. “Our generation that witnessed the four-day war in Karabakh will never allow this to happen,” added a girl. Our citizens say of the authorities decide to surrender the liberated territories that will be the ‘greatest treason.’ “Who gave you the right to sign or cede even an inch of land? Did you son die there? It is the sons of our poor compatriots that died for these lands,” people say. Many of our respondents think the seizure of a police station in Yerevan is linked to the talks over Nagorno Karabakh. The freedom fighters were forced to take such a step for the sake of Artsakh. “The people who stormed the building are Karabakh war veterans who I do not think fought for Artsakh to be called rebels or terrorists today,” said resident.
