Yerevan Police detained 15 individuals on Monday
Police in Yerevan continue to detain citizens from different parts of the Armenian capital. According to the Union of Informed Citizens NGO and Helsinki Citizens' Assembly Vanadzor Office, about 15 individuals have been detained today. Daniel Ionisian of the Union of Informed Citizens NGO says they have received reports that people have been taken to the Police Kentron Department and they are sending a group of lawyers there. Helsinki Citizens' Assembly Vanadzor Office says that over 50 people were taken to police departments yesterday and today. They have not received calls from citizens yet, but they are following up on all press reports and respond to live broadcasts about police actions.
