Jirayr Sefilyan will be set free in a month - Manvel Yeghiazaryan
Manvel Yeghiazaryan, a participant of the Artsakh war and founding renowned Arabo detachment, thinks that Jirayr Sefilyan will be set free in a month. “He was arrested in April last year and was set free a month later. If something happens once, it can happen anew,” says Mr Yeghiazaryan. Pavel Manukyan, another participant of the Artsakh war and a member of the Founding Parliament movement, says by arresting Sefilyan the authorities wanted to isolate him. “The demand for Sefilyan is increasing day by day, the situation is explosive and all eyes are turned towards him. He has proved and continues to prove further steps by his personal example,” Mr Manukyan said. Speaking about the four-day skirmishes in April, Manvel Yeghiazaryan said he disagreed with the opinion that the surrender of territories was planned in advance. That is a terrible accusation and one has no right to speak about it unless he is completely sure of it,” he said.
