Kite not to fly: march in Yerevan (video)
The tricolor kite, which was intended to fly in the air today at Liberty Square during the event dedicated to state symbols, will not fly. Head of “Menk” (We) foundation Pavel Sargsyan told “A1+”.
He says that there is a risk that due to unfavorable weather condition the kite could be damaged and the specialists made such a decision. In a while 125 meters’ Armenian tricolor is intended to be opened at Liberty Square, after which a march will kick off through the street of small center of Yerevan.
The march will be accompanied by brass band sounds of the Armenian General Benevolent Union. The participants will return to Liberty Square, where a festive event is planned. The number of participants is about 400.
