New party to be established (video)
“For law” social movement carried out poll among the RA citizens in order to find out which political parties enjoy the confidence of the people. Today during the press conference, members of the coordination group of the movement Arman Ghukasyan, Tsovinar Kostanyan and Hayk Karapetyan presented the results of their research. According to Tsovinar Kostanyan, the poll was carried out in all the provinces of Armenia among 5000 people. According to the poll, 36 % are nonpartisan, and 64 % belong to different political parties. In spite of these results, 49 % of respondents don’t rely on any political party and only 18 % rely on the Republican Party of Armenia (HHK). Taking into account the results of the poll, the young people have decided to establish their own party, which will be called “For social justice”. Their main objective will be reduction of the gap between the rich and the poor, as well as supporting Armenian entrepreneurs.
