Goodwill toward soldier’s family is not solution to the issue (video)
Rule of Law (OEK) faction lawmaker Mher Shahgeldyan today from the NA rostrum touched upon the issue of repayment of loans of the families of the soldiers killed or wounded during the war, “The Government talks about the initiatives, but until now no systematic step or legal approaches have been implemented.” He says that the support or solutions of this or that philanthropist or a bank through expression of goodwill is not a solution to the issue. “Investment of complex legal mechanisms is necessary. From this point of view we think that the state together with the credit organizations must develop balanced and rational mechanisms of exemption or compensation of loans of the servicemen killed or wounded during the war.” The NA lawmaker thinks that in the public sector system, as well as in large companies, which often belong to the oligarchs, jobs’ quota must be singled out for coordinated solution to their employment. Mher Shahgeldyan informed that “Armenian Renaissance” is putting a relevant bill to circulation.
