Electoral Code draft adopted at second reading
The National Assembly adopted the draft Electoral Code at the second reading with a vote of 94-18 and 4 abstentions. Rule of Law and the Armenian National Congress (HAK) factions, members of the Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK), who joined Oskanian’s new “Consolidation” party, voted against the bill. The draft Electoral Code must be finally adopted until June 1.
