May 17, 2016, at 15:00, Yerevan, Armenia: The Institute for War & Peace Reporting (IWPR),  in cooperation with the Public Journalism Club (PJC) and the Media Center, is hosting a video bridge between Yerevan and Baku on the latest escalation of the Nagorny Karabakh conflict and its possible political and military developments.

The four-day war in early April around Karabakh, which left close to 200 people dead on both sides, including civilians, was the largest outbreak of violence since the 1994 ceasefire. Although a new Moscow-brokered truce was reached, the situation on the contact line remains fragile.  The agreement is frequently being violated causing further losses of human lives.   The Armenian speakers of the discussion event are:
