Naira Zohrabyan: We all have our share of guilt (video)
“Unless you have the will to hold free and fair elections, nothing will change, no matter how many fingers you put on the button – one or ten,” Head of the Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK) faction, Naira Zohrabyan, said today. “The government is responsible for holding fair elections but history has shown that authorities in Armenia have never had that will. Even the ideal Electoral Code, which might claim to be awarded the Nobel Prize as a bestseller, cannot save the situation,” she said. Naira Zohrabyan thinks it is no use criticizing others and advises her fellow colleagues to act instead of speaking. “We all have our share of guilt for we made our citizens part of this perverse electoral system,” she said.
