Armenia’s Minister of Finance Gagik Khachatryan says he has personally helped Armenian servicemen guarding the country’s borders. Talking to journalists at Haghtanak (Victory) Park, Mr Khachatryan refrained from revealing details. He just said ‘the information is not subject to disclosure.’ “My sons have always been on the frontline and are still there. They are doing serious work there. I am sorry but I cannot say what exactly they are doing there. I cannot say, if I say you will be surprised,” Gagik Khachatryan said. Speaking about the well-off people in Armenia who reportedly have expensive homes and other luxuries, the minister said, “I have always said that there is no need to be afraid of declared properties but of hidden properties. If I have declared my assets it means I know what I have done.”
