We remember, recognize and condemn: Justice will out
Amo Sharoyan, Head of “Midia- Shingal” national Yazidi Union NGO, believes that justice will prevail and the Genocide of Armenians and other people will be recognized. "Remaining under the Ottoman tyranny for centuries, Armenians, Yazidis and other peoples were harshly oppressed and deprived of their rights, subjected to religious insults and genocide. I believe that justice will prevail; Turkey and the entire world will recognize the Genocide of Armenians and other nations. Had the Armenian Genocide been condemned in due time, Genocide of Yazidis and other nations would not have happened. But hostility and hatred cannot be eternal. Turkish people must honestly confront their past and understand that the Young Turks were other not heroes, but war criminals. We are unable to change the past, however, we ought to prevent our future from genocides. The rights of the innocent victims of our people will be restored. Justice will be administered. The rights of the innocent victims will be restored. Eternal memory to all innocent victims! God grant no one be killed for ethnicity and religion. Eternal memory," Amo Sharoyan said.
