“Today target of Azerbaijan is civilians” (video)
Today during his speech representative of the Armenian delegation at the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) Samvel Farmanyan reminded the attendees of the events on the Line of Contact between the armed forces of Karabakh and Azerbaijan at the beginning of April. He informed that today the target of Azerbaijan is the civilians, “12-year-old Vaghinak Grigoryan was killed, two more children were seriously wounded just in the schoolyard and it is not the only case. Three elderly people were killed at their house and their ears were cat off. By the way, one of them was 104-year-old, it means that person was 6 years older than Azerbaijan.” Samvel Farmanyan also noted that Armenian soldiers were subjected to tortures, some of them were decapitated. The Republican Party of Armenia (HHK) MP urged not to close eyes to the crimes committed by Azerbaijani armed forces.
