Fr. Rochebloine highlights the importance of NK’s participation in negotiations (video)
At the plenary sitting of the spring session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) French MP Francois Rochebloine today dedicated his speech to the Nagorno-Karabakh (NK) issue, touching upon the recent escalation. “Azerbaijani forces attacked Nagorno-Karabakh, women, elderly people were killed, and Aliyev considers it to be territorial integrity and restoration of self-determination. Aliyev is trying to distort the reality.” Francois Rochebloine also reminded that the Azerbaijani regime always violates the freedom of speech in its country, “Aliyev and the ruling regime have appropriated the national wealth,” Rochebloine cites Panama Papers, in which Aliyev’s name is also included, “It is a proof what the Aliyevs are really engaged in.” Minsk Group must do its best to return to the negotiations table, noted Francois Rochebloine, highlighting the importance of the NK’s participation in the negotiations.
