Sustainable source of income for families of deceased soldiers (video)
A sustainable source of income will be created for the families of those Armenians who were killed during the skirmishes in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict zone earlier this month. This emerged today before the start of a Cabinet meeting. Armenian Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan assigned the Minister of Economy [Artsvik Minasyan] to develop and present [to the government] a comprehensive proposal, citing the sources of funding. “Mr Minasyan, you will verify the terms and inform us. It should be done within the shortest possible time,” Hovik Abrahamyan said to the minister. More than 90 Armenian soldiers and officers were killed and more than 100 were wounded in clashes with Azerbaijani troops in Nagorno-Karabakh since the start of the new escalation on April 2.
