Journalists not allowed to participate in 4+4+4 format negotiations
Today at 16:00 another meeting of 4+4+4 format negotiations over new draft Electoral Code must have been held in the National Assembly. The issue of publication of the signed voter lists must have been discussed during the meeting. To remind, the opposition and the civil society had presented five joint demands. The NA Security Service, thought, said that they didn’t have an instruction from the staff to let in the journalists. One of the employees said that as it wasn’t a working day, the press service hadn’t provided the lists. The civil sector noted that they hadn’t been told that the sitting would be held without journalists. Short time ago it became known that the sitting had been cancelled for an hour to solve the issue of journalists’ participation.
