Serj Tankian: How we can contribute to families of deceased soldiers
Renowned rock musician Serj Tankian wrote on his Facebook page: “According to research, the US government pays a $100,000 "Death Gratitude" to soldiers' families. Families in Azerbaijan receive 10,000 manat (roughly $6,700). In Armenia and Artsakh, families of deceased soldiers receive only 200,000 AMD (roughly $480). As you can see families of deceased soldiers in Armenia and Artsakh are economically disadvantaged to carry on. It is for this reason that I have decided to donate to this amazing non-profit organization called the Paros Foundation, who donate 100% of the proceeds directly to the affected families. I encourage those who want to contribute to do so to them. And to all the Azeri trolls paid handsomely by Azerbaijan's Ministry of Offense who have been frequenting my page, I want you to know that I really love my ban and delete buttons smile emoticon Peace”
