Facts for the OSCE Minsk Group: NKR MOD
During yesterday’s meeting with the OSCE Minsk Group Co-chairs, the words of the Azerbaijan’s Defense Minister that “unlike the adversary, we don’t fight with women and children”, may be considered the peak of cynicism, especially, when we look at this photo… The photo depicts Valera and Razmela Khalapyans, elderly people from Talish village of the NKR Martakert region, who were brutally shot dead by the soldiers of “powerful army” led by Azerbaijan’s “humanist” minister Hasanov, then furiously cut off their ears… After all this, the OSCE Minsk Group Co-chairs are asked to judge by the facts who “fights against women and children” and decide the qualities of honesty of the former police chief Hasanov Zakir Asker oğlu, who currently considers himself Minister of Defense.
