Armenian lawmaker addresses letter to Russian and Israeli authorities
Armenian lawmaker Edmon Marukyan has addressed a letter to Russian and Israeli authorities, asking them to cancel military agreements with Azerbaijan. "I urge the authorities of the Russian Federation and Israel as well as my colleagues in both countries cancel their agreements on military cooperation with Azerbaijan, stop the supply of weapons under these agreements as Azerbaijan, using the firearms it purchased from these countries before, has committed war crimes in the last several days, thereby violating the principles of International humanitarian law (IHL) and rules of war enshrined in a number of international documents," Edmon Marukyan said in his letter.
