Today the precautionary measure of Asya Mkrtchyan, who was detained along lines of the case of the armed gang neutralized by the NSS in Nork-Marash on November 25, has been changed. Today the Court of General Jurisdiction of Yerevan Kentron and Nork Marash Administrative Districts decided to uphold the mediation of her advocates and chose 500.000 AMD bail as a precautionary measure. Asya Mkrtchyan will be released, when her relatives pay the bail and present the coupon to the PI. Today the Court has also upheld the mediation of the advocates of Asya Mkrtchyan’s sister Marine Katanyan to release her on bail.
