Ruzanna Yeghnukyan wasn’t recognized an aggrieved party (video)
Member of “Armenian Women’s Front” Ruzanna Yeghnukyan, who got an injury during the action at Mashtots Park on March 24, still hasn’t been recognized an aggrieved party. Criminal case hasn’t been instituted, either. Mrs Yeghnukyan’s husband Karo Yeghnukyan informed about it. To remind, Ruzanna Yeghnukyan got an injury to her head during the action and was taken to the hospital. After being discharged from the hospital, she periodically visited Surb Grigor Lusavorich medical center. “At present Ruzanna doesn’t feel well, she feels pain in her head, she doesn’t have appetite, she suffers from insomnia,” said Mr. Yeghnukyan. He transferred his wife to another medical center in order to continue the treatment. Armenuhi Melkonyan, who witnessed the incident with Ruzanna Yeghnukyan, today was outside the Government building and told “A1+”, “I am simply shocked, how can an Armenian woman be treated like that? It is a dictatorship, it isn’t a state. I regret to say that the women’s NGOs are silent.”
