“People will be happy that we were defeated”
Deputy Speaker of the RA National Assembly Eduard Sharmazanov, who was the central forward of the NA team, commented on their defeat, “Journalists prepared very well and today they were strong. We hold the first match in this tournament and aren’t in a good form. I hope that game after game we will perform better.” This match was held within the frames of Futsal Business League, which aims at popularizing this sports and healthy lifestyle in the republic. In reply to the question of “A1+” journalist, what must be done for making the lifestyle of the people healthy, Eduard Sharmazanov said, “We must develop culture of healthy lifestyle among the people, so that they get involved not in sports but physical training. When I was a schoolchild, all the children in our class went in for different sports. Today I don’t know. I think our Ministry of Sports must do its best, so that mass sports develop in our country. It is also propaganda. It’s true, that the people will be very happy that we were defeated, but it’s OK.”
