Serviceman dies at military unit rifle range
Investigation is underway at the Ninth garrison unit of General Military Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee in order to find out the circumstances behind the death of soldier Sevak Hambardzumyan. A conscript Sevak Hovhannes Hambardzumyan was found with a gunshot wound to his head at the rifle range of the RA DM N military unit, at about 09:20 on March 24, 2016. The soldier died on the way to Kapan city hospital. Urgent investigative and judicial actions are underway in order to find out the circumstances of the incident. Additional information will be provided about the results of the investigation.
