Vardges Gaspari to be taken to police station
Nelli Baghdasaryan, Judge at Court of General Jurisdiction of Yerevan Shengavit Administrative District, today has made a decision to take activist Vardges Gaspari to the police station. The Judge explained that Gaspari must use the right to the last word. After returning from the consultation room Nelli Baghdasaryan rejected the petition challenging her, as well as she decided to apply to the Chamber of Advocates in order to hold advocates Tigran Yegoryan, Davit Gyurjyan and Lusine Hakobyan liable. The court sitting will continue tomorrow.
