Hovik Abrahamyan on supporting “No” headquarters
Today a tuition reimbursement certificate is provided to 794 students at Yerevan State Medical University. The event has been attended by Hovik Abrahamyan, who by touching upon the opposition forces’ proposals on the draft Electoral Code told the journalists, “If there is any reasonable proposal, we are ready to accept.” In reply to the question whether it is a formality by the authorities to hold a discussion with the opposition forces, Prime Minister noted, “No, we are ready to listen to the proposals.” To the remark that the Armenian National Congress (HAK) representative Levon Zurabyan had noted that during the referendum Hovik Abrahamyan supported “No” headquarters, Mr Abrahamyan noted, “If he can present a reliable justification, I will answer that question.”
