He announces that he has no connection with multiple demolished buildings. “I officially say that I had no connection with the Youth Palace, Officers’ House, hotel “Sevan”, for a very simple reason, as I didn’t have a state position.” The Minister is against the stance of some lawmakers, which defend the success of foreign builders, but don’t notice Armenian builders. “Gyumri’s 451 series panel buildings have been included in the European books. If I told you the stories of the builders, who weren’t appreciated; they are worth listening to. I would like you to support this (on determining “Honorary builder” title) decision,” sums up the Minister of Urban Development.
