“The authorities do not intend to falsify” (video)
Which are the disagreements between our authorities and the Venice Commission over the draft Electoral Code? As for the fact of establishing a party by Vartan Oskanian, Mr Sargsyan noted, “It is a right of each citizen to establish a party according to the order set by the legislation. In reply to the question whether Serzh Sargsyan still continues not to be a candidate for the positions of Prime Minister or the NA President, Head of the presidential staff refrained from answering, “Press service of the President comments on his statements.”
