Armenian Revival will push ahead with its proposals (video)
The draft Electoral Code has many shortcomings, say representatives of the Armenian Revival Party. Though they submitted their observations long ago, none of them was included in the draft. “It is necessary to lift restrictions concerning journalists and observers as it will prevent the conduct of fair elections. During the constitutional referendum in December, violations reached a record low in Kentron administrative district thanks to journalists and observers and “No” won in that district,” said Vahe Mosinyan, Spokesman for the Armenian Revival Party. The party representatives say that they will continue to participate in all discussion and insist on their proposals. Commenting on the reports that the Armenian revival collaborates with Ara Abrahamyan, Chairman of the Union of Armenians of Russia, Karen Tumanyan, another member of the party, said, “At the moment there are no negotiations between us, but we are well-disposed to him, and to many other people who do good deeds for Armenia. You can never say what might happen in politics. "
