Municipality: “Trees, which were chopped down, had outgrown”
Yerevan Municipality responded to our inquiry on the fact of tree felling carried out yesterday in the yard of Armenian Radio Broadcast HQ (Radiotun) on Alex Manoogian street in Yerevan.
Department of the Nature Protection of Staff particularly informs, “Trees in the abovementioned territory, according to the research of the specialists, are old, have lost their decorative look and have outgrown. All these result in the necessity of transforming the trees.”
To remind, yesterday trees, including fir trees, were chopped down in the yard of Radiotun.
