Prime Minister to the OEK: “Their decision will be acceptable for us”
Today the Government refrained from expressing conclusion on the legislative initiative on “Making amendment in law on ‘Rules of procedure of the National Assembly’” proposed by the NA Rule of Law (the OEK) faction lawmakers Hovhannes Margaryan and Heghine Bisharyan. According to the draft, sittings in the NA committees will be considered legally qualified if ½ (instead of ¼) of the committee members attend the sitting, and the decisions will be approved, if ½ of the committee members vote for the decision. Arpine Hovhannisyan said that the legislative initiative relates to the activities of the NA and the explanation isn’t clear for them. Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan added, “Their decision will be acceptable for us.”
