Preliminary investigation of Gevorg Safaryan's case is completed (video)
The appeal hearing of the case of civil activist Gevorg Safaryan has been adjourned today. Judge Mkhitar Papoyan decided that Safaryan must personally participate in the hearing and to submit the details of the case. The court hearing was rescheduled for March 10. Safaryan’s lawyer, Tigran Hayrapetyan, says that the preliminary investigation is already completed and the results are to be sent to the court within 15 days. The lawyer also expressed his dissatisfaction with the investigation, saying it was defective.
