Hrant Matevosyan would be against tree cutting (video)
The 13-year-old idea will be finally realized and “Hrant Matevosyan” cultural center-museum will be established in Yerevan. It has been constantly postponed due to lack of financial resources. The construction of the center has already caused uproar as the building must be constructed on Abovyan Street and tree cutting isn’t excluded. “I am against so that before the approval of our garden plan, any harm is caused to nature. During his life Matevosyan himself fought against any crime against nature,” says Davit Matevosyan, son of Hrant Matevosyan. He looked through the plan and approves it.
