Citizens on quality of medicine: “It’s like chalk” (video)
The law on medicine is being changed so that there will be a package insert in Armenian, relevant conditions will be kept during the import of medicine etc. While the lawmakers are concerned about this issue, other problems bother our citizens: “You buy but it is of no use”, “It’s like chalk”, they note. The citizens are mainly concerned about prices, which change periodically. “The prices are very high,” they note unanimously. Importers set the prices of medicine and the Ministry controls. According to the results of the inspection carried out by the group of specialists of the Health Ministry on February 5, the prices of 54 medicines haven’t been increased, what’s more the prices of two medicines have been decreased.
