BHK member fined for voting for three other people (video)
Narine Hovhannisyan, a member of the Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK), will have to pay an AMD 500 000 fine for voting for other people on the day of the constitutional referendum. The decision was made today by the Court of General Jurisdiction of Yerevan’s Avan and Nor Nork Administrative Districts. Hovhannisyan pleaded guilty to voting for three people during the constitutional referendum on December 6, 2015, and asked for a speedy trial.
