Naira Zohrabyan: “It isn’t known how the credit will be spent” (video)
President of “Prosperous Armenia” party Naira Zohrabyan knows what kind of processes start after taking out credits, “It is another serious story, what kind of duels and fights start between the organizations in order to win tenders. No one is naïve, everybody understands what is happening.” Mrs. Zohrabyan doesn’t share the opinion that we are a reliable country, that’s why we are given credits, “It isn’t our merit, our country is given money, as credits have become available, simply money has lost its value.” She thinks that the purposes of using the credits aren’t clearly presented, “Let’s recall the former notorious Prime Minister, when he brought another credit and even didn’t consider it necessary to present how it would be spent. It means, ratify and we will decide, as we are cleverer. And now, in essence, you also don’t present how the money will be spent; you think you are cleverer.”
