Prime Minister: Some officials must be dismissed from their posts
During today’s Government sitting Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan touched upon the research carried out by the Chamber of Control on Social services and territorial agencies in Aragatsotn and Kotayk marzes. “The justifications presented during the consultation are unacceptable for me, most of them are baseless,” said Prime Minister and gave instructions to Armen Yeritsyna, Minister of Territorial Administration and Emergency Situations, to discuss and examine that issue. “I am sure that there are cases, when those officials must be dismissed from their posts and the society must be informed about it,” noted Hovik Abrahamyan and added that he approves the decision of the Chamber of Control according to which inspections must be carried out in all the social services. “That is the sector where equity must be ensured, as well as in all the other sectors.”
