Residents have to walk one km to enter the yard (video)
Residents of one of the buildings at 3 Teryan street cannot enter the yard of the building as the short path was blocked by Yerevan's Tchaikovsky Music School four years ago. They have to walk about one kilometer to enter the yard. The angered residents say the music school 'seized the territory without any permission'. In reply to A1+’s inquiries, a senior representative of the Yerevan Municipality said the structural redesign, seismic retrofitting and the installation of a huge gate were agreed upon with the Municipality. They also considered the safety of the school children. The Municipality representative added that they had given the same explanation to the residents.
